Shipping is free for all orders over $200 shipped within Canada using coupon code: FS200

Shipping is a flat rate of $20 for all orders under $200 shipped within Canada.

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside of Canada at this time.

What is in store pick up?

If you select in store pick up when making your purchase you will be notified by email when your order is ready to be picked up in our St. John’s store. These orders are generally ready to be picked up within 24 hours of the placement of your order (unless there is a Holiday). You can pick up your order at your convenience however, you only have 10 days for exchange or store credit from the time you received your in store pick up notification. Therefore, if you are unsure of the size or style and think you may need to exchange the item please do not choose the in-store pick up option if you will not be picking up your order within 10 days to guarantee your satisfaction.

Returns

We understand that ordering online is tricky and sometimes things don’t work out the way we’d like them to so we try to do our best to ensure you’re 100% satisfied and happy with your order. 

Please note that accessories and SALE items are final sale – no exceptions.

  • We offer exchange or store credit only and no full refunds. Store credit never expires and can be used at any time.

  • All returns must be returned to the store or placed in the mail within 10 days of delivery.

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached, free of odour, free of stains etc.). We reserve the right to refuse returns or make partial returns of an item based on its condition.

 

How do I ship my online return?

To return an item you may choose any shipping method you are comfortable with but for your own protection we recommend that you get insurance and a tracking number for your shipment. Please be advised that you as the sender are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returns. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost shipments that occur from your returning of an order.
